Order Processing:
All B2B orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer and timelines will be shared upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods:
We ship internationally via FedEx, DHL, or UPS with full tracking. Estimated delivery times:

• US: 5–9 business days

• UK & Canada: 6–10 business days

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be added to the invoice. Free shipping may apply on bulk orders exceeding a predefined order value (contact us for details).

Duties & Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.
