Refund policy

Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold inventory. Returns are only accepted for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damages

  • Mismatched items (e.g., incorrect SKU or quantity)

Return Process:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue

  • Once approved, you may return the items via insured courier

Refunds/Replacement:

  • Eligible items will be replaced or credited in your next invoice

  • Refunds are issued only for defective items that cannot be replaced
